SUMMARY - In Deathstalker IV: Match of Titans, Deathstalker (played by Rick Hill) is searching for a friend that has his magical sword. While hunting he encounters raiders who are scouring the villages for the best fighters so that they can take part in a tournament held by Queen Kana (played by Michelle Moffett). Is there truly a prize for winning this competition or does Kana have something more devious in mind?

FILM DISCUSSION
This movie, just like the other sequels, "borrows" footage from the original at various times.
There's narration, but the plot is loose and light. Villages are plundered and a bunch of fighting leads to a tournament with more fighting
There's this weird rivalry with our hero and some bully girl I guess
Can't forget the nudity. Can't let ten minutes go by without some random nudity.
Lots of fighting and unclear requirements for winning. All of the swordplay is terribly choreographed.
You also have the rock people zombies which fight people although they forget to use sound effects at times.
The movie does a terrible job of helping us learn people's names too. No idea what the trainer guy is named.
The special effects are minimal, but most of the movie is.

Jon 0-4 star scale - 1/2 out of 4
Would you watch it again? - It's not a good movie, but that's its charm. Still, out of the four Deathstalker films, it's not offering anything that the others don't and the first two are much more worthy of a re-watch than this one is.
